Greg McKay, former assistant fire chief of the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District, served his last day a week ago. INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — Greg McKay is a man of many hats, performing many and various official and unofficial functions on behalf of the Incline Village community.
