How do I remove a patch (sewed) off my Underarmour jacket?
I have a company patch that was sewed on my Under Armour pull over; I love the pullover but the company is crap and there’s no way I want to advertise for them. Can I remove the patch safely, if not, can I replace it?
Go to Walmart, Hobby Lobby or JoAnn’s Fabric & Crafts and in the sewing supplies, get a seam ripper. Dritz, with the blue handle is a good, sharp brand.
Lift the edge of the patch and use the point of the ripper to cut the stitches. Be careful and not let the point cut into the jacket – tip it toward the patch.
After you remove the patch, there may be stitch marks. These may be reduced by washing the jacket.
