Volleyball Rules Middle School

The team whose ball hit the ground fail. So you should keep the ball up the longest if you want to win. At the beginning of the drill, it is so hard that your players must be slow. Don’t worry. Bearing in mind having fun is more important. When they master the order of the skills, they will speed up.
Then, let’s check out the serving drill. Divide your players into two teams who should also stand on the either side of the net. Each team must do their utmost to get the ball into competitor’s court regardless of the strength and accuracy. In the course of the drill, the coach can demonstrate the kind of serve to play in order to excite the players’ interest.
Finally, there is another interesting drill called ‘Back Row Elimination. This drill is also fun and contains many kinds of techniques. It is waiting for you to try yourself.
