In the line of duty: Motorcycle Accident: Army?
Ok, so I was in garrison got into an accident on my CBR. I was offpost at the time. Had all of my PPE on, had all my proper documentation saying I was licensed and allowed to drive on post etc etc. Can you be med boarded for injuries sustained in the line of duty?
You can be med boarded for any medical reason regardless of if it is in the line of duty or not if you were not injured by doing somthing unethical or illegal. You are good to go on this. Be sure to document everything so that if you do get chaptered, that you have a good standing leg when its time to get your benefits from VA. they base everything on what is in your Mil. records.
