What do you do for a heart attack while waiting for the paramedics?
Here’s what I got so far:
Take a Tylenol.
Breathe into a paper bag.

Um… throw out your list.
If you have aspirin- take about 381mg of it. That’s the equivalent of 4 baby aspirin. Chew don’t just swallow it. Tylenol is not the same and will not help. You need real aspirin.
Sit down. Relax. Breathe normally. Why on earth would you breathe into a paper bag? That seems more detrimental than helpful.
If you’ve been prescribed nitro take it.
Don’t eat or drink anything.
Wait.
Keep as calm as possible.
That’s about all I can offer.
