why dont the people just use this solution:
Take say; 5-10 carrier/tanker ships each with say, a mile or 2 or chains. hook up a large enough platform to the chains and somehow move the platform up under the ship halves. Then use a wench to raise the platform with the remains up to the surface. It seems easy but expensive.
It seems people should try not picking up up from the rails or whatever, but lifting from the bottom so it doesnt break
It’s Simply not possible. The water pressure is holding the walls up, If you take it out it will collapse. And even if they did take it out where would they put it.Not to mention what damage the water rushing out of it would do.And at least 1190 bodies were never found out of the 1517 that died,so that makes it a mass grave. It needs to be left alone and have all those plaques taken off the bow.
