How to have a halloween party scavenger hunt?
I just recently asked a question and someone gave me a good idea to have a scavenger hunt for my halloween party…the party is gonna be 6-11:30…we are going to play some scary games and stuff…
But the scavenger hunt sounds like a cool idea! We would probably do it after dark and then give every group a flashlight (1 per group to make it harder) I live in good neighborhood to do it in…but the problem is, is that i don’t know how to create one!
Do you give out clues and have ppl solve them? Or do i have them find things? UG! such a good idea but I really don’t know were to start!

I went to a Halloween scavenger hunt in high school one year. I think there were 5 groups of 5 or something like that. They had us do a number of things like drive to a graveyard and find a particular tombstone and take a picture of it, go to our local post office and find the lock box in the right bottom hand corner and find the number, Collect a recent picture of someone and a picture of someone as a baby, jump the fence at our high school and count how many rows of seats there are on the visitors side, and other stuff like that. Then, since we had a pretty small school, there were some teachers involved. we were given random addresses and told to go there (which were teacher’s houses we found out upon arriving) and we had to do various tasks for them to sign off on our sheet and one teacher we were given a phone number to call and they were supposed to give us an answer.. so we’d ask “what’s the answer” and they would say “I don’t have it” or something like that.. which was actually the answer but it took us forever to figure out. Then the first person back to the house with all the stuff won.
It was pretty intense and would only work if you could drive.. but it was surprisingly a lot of fun.
