how to compensate for a breathing problem?
I have a breathing problem when I am in the water (swimming), like I can still breathe, but not fully, like I can’t breathe in the oxygen fully. I am going into 8th grade and I plan to join the swim team in HS, but I know my breathing problem will affect this, my dad says just try to practice ignoring it and etc. but its pretty bad, how to compensate?

PS It goes away a few minutes after I stop swimming and I DONT have asthma

um i also have a breathing problems. here is my guess ur lungs arent fully working or arent fully grown or u have water in your lungs. but i practiced singing and it lifted a bit try it.( i practice to sing like vitas) just try breathing exercises or go to a doctor to see if u have water in ur lungs.(or start singing)(vitas is hard to immitate. i might send u a vid of me singing it, maybe)
