Allergic Reaction to firegear?
Ok so im on the volunteer fire dept… i had used gear… I war my gear to the demo, and wasnt really sweating that bad. then we started drill, and i came home and was just going to wait to take a shwoer in the morning… Well i woke up at 230 and was covered in hives… Tonight, i took my shower right away, and still am itchy, not broke out in hioves yet… knock on wood.. Is there anythign thing i can take before or after to help me stop this itchyness?
It is possible to get ‘anti-hestamine’, more important is if you want that. Your body is making the anti-hestamine by itself and will stop doing so if you take it in. Best to get either other gear, it might also be the washing powder where it is washed with, take ‘non-biological’ ie without enzyme. Also wear ‘grown’ things like cotton etc, under your gear.
