Where can I buy dry ice?
I’m looking to buy some dry ice. I know there are facilities that specialize in this product, but there are none near where I live.
Are there more “unconventional” places I might be able to find dry ice?
For example, I read a forum post in which the person said that she gets her dry ice from a local fire extinguisher repair shop. Do you know of any other places like that where I could find dry ice?
I live in mid-sized college town in Indiana.
I work at Wal-Mart. We don’t carry it.
Maybe it’s a regional difference among various Wal-mart stores, but our Wal-Mart does not sell it.
Most supermarkets carry dry ice. It’s usually found in a special cooler near the front of the store. Ask at a couple of your local stores. I’m sure you’ll find some.
