Have any of you ever seen a house burn down? I have. It’s not pretty. Losing the structure is the least of it.
Some friends of ours a few blocks away lost their home to fire two years ago. The charred ruins are still there as they are involved in trying to deal with the insurance company. Fortunately, there was no loss of life; even the pets got out in time. But even though there were no deaths or injuries, that family is really scarred emotionally. Forget losing the family history in photographs and mementos. They will carry that night’s terror of escaping the flames forever.
The Cold Fire
That’s why I ordered Cold Fire, a quick and easy way to control and extinguish flames before they engulf your entire house. Our neighbor’s son started their fire. He fell asleep in bed holding a lit cigarette. When the smoke woke him up, he didn’t know where any of the fire extinguishers were located, and I doubt he would have known how to operate one even if he did. If he simply had a can of Cold Fire in the bedroom, he could have easily put the fire out before it spread and burned down the whole house.
Cold Fire is an aerosol like flame suppressant that comes in a small, lightweight can. It’s so easy to use that even a child could use it to extinguish a fire. It extinguishes fuel, wood, fabric and grease fires, and has been used professionally by fire fighters for years. Unlike normal fire extinguisher chemicals, Cold Fire is safe, non-toxic and the residue cleans up easily.
House Fires Every 82 Seconds
The Cold Fire commercial says there’s a home fire in the US ever 82 seconds, and I believe it. Although we have two fire extinguishers, one is mounted in the garage and the other is under the kitchen sink. Even though I know where they are, I’m really not sure I’d know how to use them, especially in the frantic moments of a fire breaking out. So, I took advantage of the Cold Fire “buy one get one free” offer and ordered three sets for our home. This is one of those items that I’m going to tell my kids about, as I don’t know if they even have a fire extinguisher in their house…and if they do, would it be as easy for them to use as Cold Fire?
