Where can you get door clips that hold fire doors open but release in event of fire?
I have been told it is possible to get hold of a clip/catch that holds open a fire door for day to day use but releases the door should the clip detect smoke/fire. Can anyone advise where this product is available from?
And another supplier:
TLC direct, do 24 v and 240v versions, but obviously need a fire detector/alarm system to work from.
If this is for commercial premises, the local fire safety department may need to approve the system.
