Normally in Electrical Rooms the Extinguisher being used must be of Non-Conductive (Type C Fire).
Hence normally CO2 type or Dry Chemical Powder Extinguisher can be preferred. And also now a days the Water mist Technology with foam content is coming up. And Nitrogen Based or Sapphire Gas Based fire Extinguishing system is also getting developed in recent days and also this is being implemented in both Electrical and Data Rooms
