Should I be as afraid as I am?
Last night, I took my rescued dog for a walk. As we came around the corner, someone came up behind me, & using both hands shoved me down so hard he, she, or it left a perfect hand shaped bruise on my shoulder. My knees hit the concrete. My face went into the mulch & dirt at the foot of a shrub. There was a rock that my forehead landed hard on. MY DOG DID NOT BARK! The police said that was because she knew the person. I wound up with a concussion. The police said my dog knew the attacker, so I must know the attacker. It terrifies me to think that someone I know wanted to hurt me like that. It could be anyone! The person came up behind me. I never saw who it was. I was advised not to walk the dog after dark, & not to walk her alone. Would you be as scared as I am? Good Luck & Blessings
Of course I would be afraid. I’m so sorry to hear this happened to you. It’s even more scary knowing that the person who did this possibly knows you and of course your dog. I would watch who you talk to and see if you can get clues from that. You know, if someone says something about you being hurt before you give any info to them. See if they slip up.
