Print nozzle cleaning?
Hi,
I have a Epsup stylus photo rx520.
It started off printing banded ink patterns, than within a few sheets, no ink was visible on the paper at all.
on the printer I have an option for
1- CLEAN print heads – which I have done
2-CHECK ink nozzles – from the test sheet it looks like somethings wrong. However the problem is there is no option for CLEAN, just CHECK.
I’ve consulted a google search on the matter! But its confusing! And am really pushed for time as I’m trying to finnish my dissertation and PRINT it by tomorrow morning. Please help! x
You may want to try cleaning a few times then print a test page. Also see what your printer is set for, draft,text picture. I usually use the text setting for general printing. Are these epson cartridges or after market? i tried a store brand that didnt work well.
