What sort of PPE would I need if I was going to be working with asbestos?

we remove asbestos for a living , some of the above answers are good but if you are asking for the equipment needed for you to do it yourself then you aer not qualified or trained and should leave well alone as you can be endangering your life and others around and will be breaking the law as you need to be licensed to remove it and of course it has to be disposed of in the correct manner, not just dumped in a skip etc.
ask for professional advice or a quote to remove it and live a longer life!
my father was the test case in the early seventies for compensation and won against the asbestos companies but sadly died at 57, this is why we are so involved in the control of asbestos.
