Abe Fire Extinguisher

Can fire extinguishers be used to incapacitate bees/wasps?

I was just wondering, can the portable fire extinguishers that you use to extinguish solvent, electrical, and natural combustible material (in short, ABE extinguishers) be used on bees in case of a swarm attack? Just curious as to whether the 1kg version will come in handy when the time comes.
Cheers!

Not sure abt ABE type, but carbon dioxide extinguishers release very cold CO2 which would slow them down and suffocate then a bit!
